Nease Boy’s Weightlifting

About Boy’s Weightlifting

Boy’s Weightlifting is a Sports Program that is offered at Nease High School in the Spring Season. The team athletes compete against area schools in specific weight classes. The contests consist of the Bench Press and Clean & Jerk. The heaviest lifters in each weight class and overall schools are the winners of the contests. The athletes compete in different meets throughout an organized season then they will have a district competition. After the District Meet, the invited athletes will compete in the Regional Meet and then the State Meet. This sport is a great opportunity for students to get involved with a school team and get stronger at the same time.
